Kathleen Sievert is Westminster's Chief Administrator and Principal for Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grades. She has a bachelor's degree in education from William Jewell College and a master's degree in school administration from UMKC.  She has taught various grade levels in both public and private settings and has a broad base of experience in the aspects of starting up a school, which uniquely qualifies her for the multi-faceted leadership necessary at a young school like Westminster Christian Academy. Mrs. Sievert began her work as Westminster's principal in the fall of 2000; she is married and has three children

 

Rick Jarvis joined the Westminster staff in 2007 as Junior/Senior High Principal. He received both his bachelor's degree from Covenant College; he also received his master's degree in educational leadership from Covenant. He has extensive experience as a teacher, athletic director and dean of students. He has worked in the field of Christian education for over 13 years. He and his wife Tracy have two children.
